We are no longer going to be adding users to specific course or module folders. Instead, we are only adjusting users for the "Course Videos" folder, and allowing those users to be inherited by every folder down the chain.
"Who can access this folder" will be set to "Public (unlisted) Anyone who has the link" and this too will be inherited down the chain.
The videos themselves will inherit this Public (unlisted) status.
Reasons
When we hire staff members, we'll be able to give them permission to all folders from one location, saving us countless steps.
If someone needs viewer access to a folder, we can just copy and send them the folder link.
This ensures that all videos will be accessible by students.
