Reviewing Media Deliverables
Reviewing Media Deliverables
Everything we create goes through the following review process to ensure we are delivering the highest quality content possible.
1. Media Review Checklist
Use the following checklist to review media deliverables:
Spelling and grammar are correct?
Are the dimensions of the design correct?
Do items meet accessibility standards?
Do design elements match the required brand? Cohesive with other course(s) deliverables?
How is the overall composition? Could it be improved?
Does the design meet or exceed our quality level?
Has the purpose of the design been accomplished?
Has an MMD or Team Manager looked at what you created?
2. Send For Faculty / IDC Review
Using the Creative Brief > Media Deliverables section, highlight and tag (add comment) IDC and Faculty developer with Course Location, Asset Title and Final Link to item(s) ready for review
If needed, make any necessary changes from faculty and repeat the steps above.
3. Media Asset(s) Finalized
Once faculty have confirmed asset(s) is ready for the course, change Media Status to ‘Finalized’
Once all Media Deliverables have been finalized see Project Completion
