The Multimedia Team’s email address is eCampusvideo@boisestate.edu which allows us to field general inquiries related to Multimedia in online courses, as well as, serve as the email used for software accounts such as Adobe CC, Google Drive, iCloud, Panopto, H5P, Pressbooks, Promptsmart, etc. allowing us to handle the test of time and easily share access with team members.
Managing eCampusVideo Emails
Each week starting Monday, a specific MM team member is assigned the task of managing emails sent to our eCampusVideo account. The person assigned is indicated in the eCampus Video Google Calendar. The process for managing emails is as follows…
With Gmelius installed, login to your gmail account.
Navigate to Boards > MM Emails
All emails in the “Unassigned” column should be either…
Sorted into a specific team member’s column.
Right clicked and marked as closed.
Or responded to, and not marked as closed, because there are issues yet to be resolved.
On Monday, when a new MMD takes over emails…
The only emails that should be in the “unassigned” column are emails that arrived over the weekend (after 5pm Friday), or emails that have been responded to but can’t yet be closed.
