Expectations

Emails

Check and respond to emails at the beginning of your shift and throughout the day

1. Emails should be responded to within 24 business hours

2. set out-of-office responses when on vacation or out sick

Chat

Monitor chat during work hours 8a-5p and respond as quickly as possible.

Add Gmail app to your phone for help communicating for film/photo shoots

Enable notifications for Google Chrome
