Equipment

The Multimedia equipment is managed using the following Trello board.

Expectations

• ES Studio ← Looks like this

• ES Studio 1.31.25 ← Not this

  • should always be left tidy and ready for filming

• Every camera has an SD card in it, formatted and ready to use

  • R6 - uses higher speed SD card, labeled for R6

  • C100 - 2 SD cards (redundant recording for backup purposes, format both after use)

• Charging batteries? - double check they are actually charging

Borrowing Equipment

Equipment borrowed is tracked on eCampusvideo calendar or Trello equipment list with:

• Your name

• All items you are borrowing

• Date(s) your borrowing

• Put back where it goes, batteries put on chargers
