MMD updates column R with courses they are lead on using https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TZ__q6umnEjGrCvd0QeJ_zLOBsc5PWtThxzFhYbvATY/edit?usp=sharing (linked top of column R)
2. MM Team Meeting
MM Team discusses project assignments in MM Team Meeting at least one week before the cycle starts making any necessary changes to column R of Dev Team MSL. Discussion items can include:
Reallocation of course projects for even distribution among MMDs for cycle
New course/program lead assignments made
Shifting of program lead assignments
3. Quickbase Assignments
Project assignments are made in Quickbase using column R of https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14ujuTa6VF53KwwFVpcattQjtQQ0z_Dq0F5Wi0JBqX3w/edit?usp=sharing
