Project Assignments

Projects are assigned at least one week before the start of each CDD cycle using the following steps and resources

1. Development Team Multi-Semester List (Dev MSL) Updated

• a new tab is populated with course projects for the upcoming cycle 2 weeks prior to project start

• MMD updates column R with courses they are lead on

2. MM Team Meeting

MM Team discusses project assignments in MM Team Meeting 1 week before cycle start

Discussion items can include:

• Reallocation of course projects for even distribution among MMDs for cycle

• New course/program lead assignments made

• Shifting of program lead assignments

3. Quickbase Assignments

• MM Team Manager assigns projects in Quickbase using the MMD Open Task Queue report

  • Add Start and End Dates for tasks

  • MMDs are notified via email of assignments in Quickbase

4. IDCs Notified of Assignments

• IDC Team is emailed by MM Team Manager

  • Email Templates (Media Projects) | MMD Assignments (Week 1)
