How to use Google Calendars at eCampus:

  • Share event details with Team members

  • Schedule meetings

  • Set your work schedule

  • Check your calendar daily and update as needed

  • Accept or decline any events you can’t attend

    • add a note with reason (e.g. dr. appt, out sick, out of office, etc.)


eCampusVideo Calendar

This calendar is used by the MM Team to track equipment as well as studio usage.

Labels

Select event type using appropriate labels

On Location = shoots filmed on location, not in studio
MarComm = Marketing Team using equipment or studio, add items in description
Reminder = reminders (e.g. emails, building closures, landscapers, etc)
DIY = Do It Yourself Recording using computer, just need help with setup and completion
Meeting = MM Team meetings or other team events
