Flowcode QR Codes
QR codes are a quick and convenient way to add a call to action in your marketing piece and connect your audience to your department’s videos, website or social media platforms immediately. Flowcode gives us the ability to produce branded QR codes and should be used for all QR codes. You can create your own QR Codes inside of Flowcode by setting up an account.
IMPORTANT: Non-flowcode B Codes will no longer work as of October 1, 2023.

Select “Member” status to be able to create and download

The “http://Privacy.flowcode.com ” text is required on the bottom of the URL.

Always include a call to action and the url in text to maintain accessibility standards

Name Accordingly: Year_Department Name_Unique Identifier
Name and tag appropriately with program and deliverable type to keep track of qr codes in the platform
Set the custom redirect link to http://qr.boisestate.edu
Analytics are available for QR Code scans
Turn on advanced geolocation to track analytics
To compare analytics create a new code for each instance of a piece
To access analytics, revisit your code and select “View Full Analytics” from overview
Follow brand standards when using QR Codes
Use the Boise State branded templates inside of flowcode, both RGB (digital) and CMYK (print) versions are available
Remove Flowcode branding (http://Privacy.flowcode.com is required)
Download as a PDF for print or PNG for digital
Minimum size: 1 inch from eye to eye on print, 400px or larger for 1080p screen
