QB Adding Documents
Documents used for projects can be managed and accessed directly in Quickbase using these simple steps.
Step 1
Navigate to the project info page in Quickbase, scroll down to the ‘Documents’ section and click the green ‘Add Document’ button
Step 2
In the ‘Document Information’ section, click the ‘File Type’ field and select the document type you are adding from the dropdown list (e.g. Blueprint)
Step 3
Add the shared link to the document in the ‘Document Link’ field and click green ‘Save & close’ button in upper-right
Done
Your document can now be referenced directly from Quickbase
